Aww, he's cute! ^ ^ You can definitely see both Soarin and Rainbow Dash in him.  I personally don't think that Rainbow's rainbow hair colors would pass  on fully to any of her offspring, beyond maybe one or two colors, but that's just my opinion. Blitz is very cute, as I said already. XD
